105e1721d6 Overhaul scaninc to work recursively 
This also fixes the bug where scaninc would ignore #include lines
in assembly files.

9766108fbc adding agbcc include path 
For some reason the headers for agbcc are being installed in
tools/agbcc instead of tools/agbcc/include. This is a simple
(potentially temporary) workaround.
